Delivery Terms and Dates

Delivery Cost:

Throughout Georgia — 10 GEL

Delivery Dates:

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday;

Batumi — 1 business day

Tbilisi — 2-3 business days

Regions — 2-5 business days

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday by 4:00 PM and Saturday by 1:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

If an item is placed as a pre-order, it takes 3-5 weeks for it to ship from the USA. We will contact you for any additional changes. If the transportation process of the item is delayed, we will contact you about the matters as well.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

•⁠ If the goods are found to be defective, the customer has the right to request a refund or an exchange;

•⁠ A defective item may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery;

•⁠ ⁠Personalised (embroidered) items cannot be returned.

 

Refund Policy

A refund is possible if the item you returned is unworn and unembroidered. The refund will be credited to the account you provided within 3 business days.
